Stock and Availability

Stock & Availability

Most performance items are not stocked in-house. Maintenance items may be stocked, but availability changes daily.

Please email us before ordering to confirm stock and ETA. If an item is unavailable or backordered, we’ll offer an alternative.

  • Typical supplier lead times: 2-14 business days (varies by brand/warehouse)
  • Special-order items may have longer lead times and are final sale.

Fitment Responsibility

We provide tools like Year/Make/Model filters, but final fitment responsibility rests with the buyer. If you’re unsure, email us before purchase and we’ll help verify.

Shipping Policy

Processing time: 2–3 business days for in-stock items; special-order items ship when they arrive from the supplier.

Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator (chosen based on speed/cost).
Delays/Damage: Carrier delays are outside our control. Please notify us of shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Split shipments: Orders may ship from multiple warehouses.
Duties/Taxes: Charged at checkout for Canadian orders; international customers are responsible for any import fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, with all hardware.
  • Non-returnable: Special-order items, electrical/electronic parts, fluids, custom/clearance items, items that show signs of installation or use.
  • Process: Email info@valleymotorsport.ca for an RMA before sending anything back.
  • Fees & Shipping: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. A restocking fee may apply per supplier policy.
  • Wrong/defective item: Report within 24 hoursof delivery with photos; we’ll arrange replacement or refund per supplier guidelines.

Warranty Policy

Coverage: Manufacturer’s warranty only. Terms and duration vary by brand.

  • What’s not covered: Wear/tear, misuse, racing/competition use, improper installation, or tuning-related failures.
  • How to claim: Email the manufacturer with order number, photos/video, detailed description, and installer notes. Please contact Valley motorsport for assistance.
  • Labor/Consequential costs: Not covered by Valley Motorsport or most manufacturers.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Before fulfillment: We’ll try to cancel or modify if the order hasn’t been picked/processed. Special-order items may be non-cancellable once placed with the supplier.
  • After shipment: Please use the Return Policy.

Pricing & Errors

Prices, promotions, and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and will contact you before proceeding.

Liability

Performance parts can affect vehicle safety, emissions, and drivability. Many are intended for off-road/competition use only. Valley Motorsport is not liable for installation costs, tuning, or damages arising from use or misuse of products.

Unclaimed Pickups / ReturnsYours

Orders placed for local pickup must be collected within 45 days of purchase. We will send a reminder email if your order remains unclaimed. After 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned and may be restocked without refund, or subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
